Blower impeller

Blower Impeller – Product Introduction, Manufacturing Process, Delivery Efficiency, Quality Assurance & Cost Control

Product Introduction

A blower impeller is a critical rotating component in ventilation, HVAC, vacuum cleaners, and industrial air-moving systems. Its aerodynamic design directly determines airflow rate, static pressure, and energy efficiency. Made from engineering plastics or reinforced composites, modern blower impellers offer lightweight construction, corrosion resistance, and lower noise compared to metal alternatives.

Manufacturing Process

Our blower impellers are produced via precision injection molding. The process begins with raw material drying (e.g., PA6+GF30, PPS+40%GF, or PC/ABS), followed by melting and homogenization in fully electric servo-driven injection machines. Molten material is injected into multi-cavity molds under controlled pressure and temperature. After cooling, the impeller is automatically extracted by robotic arms. Critical steps include maintaining melt flow balance to avoid weld lines on the blades, and controlling shrinkage to ensure dynamic balancing. Every batch undergoes balancing verification (ISO 1940 G2.5 or better) and 100% dimensional inspection.
